Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and we always aim to be as fair as possible. Please take a moment to read our policy before securing your place on any course. Cooling Off Period - 14 Days In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking with 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not already taken place or started. If your course is scheduled within this 14 day period and you wish to attend, you agree to waive the right to cancel. Cancellations (Outside Cooling Off Period) If you cancel your place after the 14 day cooling off period; Your course fee is NON-REFUNDABLE No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, no shows or last minute cancellations. Rescheduling - We understand that things can come up, if you need to reschedule: AT LEAST 14 days notice must be given to transfer your booking to a different date. Requests made with less than 14 days notice will NOT be eligible for a transfer or refund. One reschedule per booking is allowed. Any further changes may incur an admin fee or require rebooking at full price. All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing via naileditbyamelia@gmail.com Please include your Name, Course Date & Reason for the Request.
